1. How do I sign up?

Sign up by clicking here and select either a quarter or annual laundry plan.  It's that simple!  

If you have specific questions or would like to inquire about our discounted group plans email us at support@bruinlaundry.com.

2. What forms of payment does Bruin Laundry accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. 

3. How do I get my laundry bag?

Once you sign up and your payment has been processed, your Bruin Laundry bag and identification tags will be delivered to you at least 5 days before the first scheduled pick up.  Late signups will receive bags and tags at least 2 days before the next scheduled pick up.

4. What if I do not know where I am living yet?

Not to worry, we will reach out prior to delivering your bags and you can email us your dormitory/residence details at that time.

5. What's next?

You'll receive an email with a laundry pick up schedule. In addition, we will deliver you your Bruin Laundry bag with customized laundry tags attached prior to your first pickup   Give us your dirty laundry each week and we'll do the rest!

6. How does laundry pick-up work?

Primary pick up will be outside of Hedrick Hall. Please contact us at support@bruinlaundry.com if you live off campus and will require special pick up/drop off accommodations.

7. How much laundry can I give Bruin Laundry? / How much fits in the bag?

There is no limit, you can give Bruin Laundry as much laundry as you want!  Our bags are sized accordingly to accommodate well in excess of one weeks laundry.  As long as it fits in the bag and the drawstring closes securely, we will wash it and fold it for you.  No extra fees, no adding up poundage, and no additional charges, ever! Here's an example of how much you can expect to fit in the bag:

Guys:

  • 10 underwear

  • 10 pairs of socks

  • 2 towels

  • 2 sleeping pants

  • 1 sweatpants

  • 2 hooded sweatshirts

  • 2 athletic shorts

  • 3 jeans

  • 2 collared t-shirts

  • 1 long sleeve pullover

  • 6 t-shirts

  • 1 athletic pants

Girls:

  • 10 underwear (tops and bottoms)

  • 7 coordinated daytime outfits

  • 2 towels

  • 2 workout outfits

  • 2 evening outfits/dresses

8. Can I pay per wash?

Not at the moment, but we hope to bring that option to you soon!

9. What if I have special laundry needs?

No problem. If you have any special needs please email us with your special needs at support@bruinlaundry.com and we will do what we can to accommodate you. Place all special care items in the separate bag and place outside along with your normal bag at scheduled pickup. Some special care needs will require an additional per item charge. Hang drying will require a $2.50 per item charge.

10. What if I have delicates that need special handling?

All delicates will be given the special attention needed. If you have any special needs please email us with your special needs at support@bruinlaundry.com and we will provide you with a separate bag. Place all special care items in the separate bag and place outside along with your normal bag at scheduled pickup. Some special care needs will require an additional per item charge. Hang drying will require a $2.50 per item charge. 

11. What is your cancellation policy?

While we try our very best to satisfy every customer, some customers may choose to cancel their service.  Bruin Laundry will honor all cancellations subject to a $20 cancellation fee and prorated to account for laundry costs incurred servicing a customers laundry up to the date of service cancellation.  All refunded amounts will be issued via the same payment method the plan was originally purchased.

12. Do I have to separate my lights and darks?

No way that's our job!  Simply put everything you want washed in your bag and we will take care of the color separation and professional garment care.

13. What happens if a piece of clothing is missing?

We weigh all bags before and after processing to ensure nothing is missing. If an item is missing, we will do what we can to find it. In the rare event that we lose an item, we will reimburse you according to the International Fabricare Institute's standards. Please note that missing items must be reported within 2 days of the relevant service week in order to be eligible for reimbursement.
